Program has potential, but needs improvements & Support is Non-Existent.
(2.4 out of 5 Stars) Was initially excited to test this program on a few older MP4 videos, final output is just a little improvement in Resolution, and none really in video Sound at all, but this program also keeps throwing final output with video/audio out of sync, on just about all videos have tried with this program. Unless I missed somewhere in program but doubt it, it also really needs Auto Repair and Clean up options for the (video Resolution, & also Video sound audio that may be clipped or distorted in some videos. Emailed Engelman all contact & Support as well a few times within last couple of weeks, but have NOT received any reply at all, but a generic Auto reply saying they will respond within 24Hrs, but that is a joke.Cannot understand how these companies want people to pay for their software that does not even live up to it's claims, and refuse to even bother to respond with any support!

Cons: Program has potential, but needs improvements & more video & sound enhancement & cleaning options, product Support is Non-Existent!
